Well run, well organized, helpful, friendly place to be. I went, I basically had one thing I had gone for. Greeted by one of the sales staff who helped me with all the essentials.

I have been to more than 25 different Academy locations, this one is by far the not taken care of. For a slow Tuesday at 2pm it was filthy and unorganized. Not one employee was folding or organizing clothes. The floors were not swept. Countless items missing tags or in the wrong location. Hats, backpacks, shirts, and other clothing thrown on the floor. I hope Corporate gives an audit soon and fixes the issue.

I had a bad experience at Cashier 3. The lady with glasses and short hair was rude, rolled her eyes, and gave poor customer service because she didn't understand Spanish. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of the language they speak.

Just wasn't impressed, selection of running shoes only fair, employee answered my questions but didn't get a sense that she really wanted to help. Had hoped to find a backpack for a two week hike, but again selection not great. Perhaps I wasnt looking in the right place?? Several employees standing around- no one asked if I needed help. So I left without buying anything. Clothing areas were neat, colorful & arranged nicely.

I shop at Academy frequently and always find what I need, but the checkout experience consistently false short. There are rarely enough cashier lanes open which leads a long wait times - even when the store isn’t that busy. Improving staffing at check out would make a big difference.
